Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

Optional: 2 tablespoons diced jalapeños

Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped onions

Optional: 2 tablespoons black beans

Instructions

1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.

2. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and water. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Separate crescent dough into triangles or form squares by pressing two together.

4. Add a spoonful of taco meat and shredded cheese to each dough piece.

5. Fold dough over filling and seal edges tightly, shaping into balls.

6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

7. Place bombs in basket, leaving space between each one.

8. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

9. Serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.

Notes

For crispier results, lightly spray the taco bombs with oil before air frying.

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
