Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Cooking spray
For the sesame sauce:
1/3 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets; pat dry.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.
