Ingredients
8 whole dill pickles, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions
- Slice pickles lengthwise and scoop out seeds to form boats. Pat dry.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
