Ingredients

8 whole dill pickles, halved lengthwise

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Cooking spray (optional)


Instructions

  1. Slice pickles lengthwise and scoop out seeds to form boats. Pat dry.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Fill pickle halves with the cheese mixture.
  4. Toss panko with oil or butter and sprinkle over the pickles.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place stuffed pickles in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly, garnish with dill or parsley, and serve.
