Ingredients
12 oz egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked noodles and beef mixture in a large bowl. Mix well.
