Ingredients

12 oz egg noodles

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup

1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles and beef mixture in a large bowl. Mix well.
  6. Transfer into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
