Ingredients
2 large lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut lobster shells down the center and pull meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
