Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound ground beef

1 medium yellow onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon black pepper

3 cups cooked white rice


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add diced onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
