Ingredients

1/2 lb thin-sliced beef sirloin or ribeye

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp brown sugar

Fresh spinach or arugula

1/2 cup shredded or cubed cheddar cheese

1/2 cup guacamole

1 egg

Black sesame seeds (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

Oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Cook beef for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  3. In a separate skillet, fry the egg sunny-side up. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, layer fresh greens.
  5. Top with cooked beef, guacamole, cheddar, and the fried egg.
  6. Serve immediately while warm.
