Ingredients
3/4 pound ground beef (80/20)
6 small flour tortillas
6 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or butter for pan
Instructions
1. Shape the ground beef into six loose balls, about 2-3 oz each.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray lightly with cooking spray.
3. Place one beef ball in the skillet, top with a tortilla, and press down to smash the meat flat.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the beef browns and crisps on the edges.
5. Flip the tortilla so the meat side faces up, and immediately top with a slice of cheese.
6. Once the cheese is melted, remove from the pan.
7. Top each taco with shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, and Big Mac sauce.
8. Serve immediately while warm and melty.
Notes
For crispier tortillas, toast each one for 30 seconds in the skillet before assembling.
Customize toppings with tomatoes, onions, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
