Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzling)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar until smooth.
3. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
4. Add chicken mixture to each square and fold corners toward the center.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
6. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with parsley.

Notes
To keep the roll-ups crispy, reheat them in the oven or air fryer instead of the microwave.
