2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

2 cups crushed cornflakes (or panko breadcrumbs)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Cooking spray or oil for the baking dish
Instructions
- In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine chicken thighs with buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
