Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

8 ounces rotini pasta

Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry. Toss in Cajun seasoning until coated.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear chicken pieces 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
