Ingredients

2 steaks Ribeye or Sirloin

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

4 cloves garlic minced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated

8 ounces linguine pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 tablespoon parsley chopped, optional

Instructions

1. Rub steak with Cajun seasoning on all sides.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.

4. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.

5. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.

6. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

7. Whisk in parmesan cheese until smooth.

8. Toss in linguine and mix to coat. Add pasta water if needed.

9. Slice steak against the grain.

10. Serve steak over linguine, garnished with parsley and pepper.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the creamiest texture.

Don’t skip resting the steak—this keeps it juicy and flavorful.
