2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra spice)
Instructions
- Season the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry and toss with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Sear the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until opaque and slightly golden. Remove from skillet and set aside.
