1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry and toss with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
