Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

10 ounces rotini pasta

1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Instructions

1. Season diced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add minced garlic and seasoned chicken to the skillet.

4. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.

5. In a separate pot, cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

6. In the skillet, lower heat and add heavy cream. Stir constantly.

7. Gradually add Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.

8. If needed, add reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.

9. Toss in the cooked rotini and stir to coat evenly.

10. Add chicken back to the skillet or plate it on the side.

11. Sprinkle parsley over the top and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce texture.

If reheating, add a splash of cream or milk to maintain creaminess.
