Ingredients

1 can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits (8-count)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheese cubes (cheddar works too)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

Optional: grated Parmesan for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a skillet or baking dish.
  2. Flatten each biscuit to about ½ inch thick.
  3. Place mozzarella in the center and pinch the edges to seal.
  4. Roll each into a ball and arrange seam-side down in the pan.
  5. Melt butter and stir in garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
  6. Brush garlic butter over the biscuit tops.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush with remaining garlic butter and top with Parmesan if desired.
