Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
6 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
- Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle cheese on one half of each tortilla.
- Spoon seasoned beef over the cheese and add any optional toppings.
