Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup peanut butter chips

1 cup mini marshmallows


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.

5. Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and mini marshmallows gently.

6. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

8. Scoop cookie dough onto the sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes.

9. Let cool on the pan for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Notes

For extra gooey cookies, press a few additional marshmallows on top before baking.

Slightly underbake for soft centers that firm up as they cool.
