Ingredients

12 Hawaiian rolls

6 slices cheddar cheese

12 slices deli ham

8 slices cooked bacon

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/3 cup creamy herbed mayo or ranch dressing

3 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil.

2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves connected.

3. Place bottom half of rolls on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Layer cheddar cheese evenly, followed by ham and bacon strips.

5. Sprinkle shredded lettuce on top of the meats.

6. Drizzle or spread the herbed mayo evenly over the lettuce.

7. Place the top half of the rolls back on to form full sliders.

8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.

9. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.

10. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is slightly melted and tops are golden brown.

11. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

For crispier tops, broil for the last 1–2 minutes—watch closely!

Use romaine or iceberg for the crunchiest lettuce layer.
