Ingredients

113 grams unsalted butter (softened)

113 grams cream cheese (softened)

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

432 grams yellow cake mix

60 grams powdered sugar (for rolling)

2 tablespoons red and green sprinkles


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.

2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.

3. Gradually add the yellow cake mix and mix until a sticky dough forms.

4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to firm up.

5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.

6. Coat each dough ball in powdered sugar and top with sprinkles.

7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.

9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
