2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or buttery breadcrumbs for topping
