6 large eggs

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite blend)

¼ cup heavy cream or milk

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Cooking spray or butter (for greasing the muffin tin)


Instructions
