Ingredients

450g chicken breast or thighs, cubed

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the cubed chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

3. Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.
