Ingredients
12 large jalapeño peppers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon the mixture into each jalapeño half, slightly mounding it.
5. Top each filled jalapeño with crumbled bacon, pressing gently to help it stick.
