Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit or crescent dough

4 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes

1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme or rosemary

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut brie into small cubes and stir cranberry sauce if using canned.

3. Separate dough and flatten slightly.

4. Place one brie cube and one teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each.

5. Fold and pinch the dough to seal, forming a ball.

6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and herbs.

8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

9. Serve warm and garnish with extra herbs if desired.

Notes

Use crescent dough for a flakier texture, or biscuit dough for a more hearty bite.

Reheat leftovers in the oven to keep the outer crust crisp and the center gooey.
