Ingredients
1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
1 large orange (with peel), quartered and seeds removed
3/4 to 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
Optional: 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon or 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Wash the orange thoroughly and cut it into quarters. Remove seeds but keep the peel.
- In a food processor, add the orange quarters and cranberries.
- Pulse several times until the mixture is finely chopped but not pureed.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in sugar. Start with 3/4 cup and adjust to your desired sweetness.
- Add spices if using, and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
