Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons butter

3 garlic cloves minced

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

2. Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.

5. Stir in mozzarella cheese and whisk until melted and smooth.
