Ingredients
12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
