Ingredients

2 cups fresh cranberries, finely chopped

1 cup sugar

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup chopped apple (e.g., Fuji or Honeycrisp)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup heavy whipping cream or whipped topping (Cool Whip)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and finely chop them using a food processor.
  2. Mix chopped cranberries with sugar, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Dice the apple and drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly.
