Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
8 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and rest.
2. In a large pot of salted water, cook spaghetti to al dente. Drain and set aside.
