Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen, steamed)
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. Steam broccoli until just tender. Drain well.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
4. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, and creamy sauce. Mix well.
5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Broil 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
