Ingredients

12 oz linguine pasta

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

3 cloves garlic minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups shredded fresh mozzarella

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley optional garnish

1/2 cup reserved pasta water


Instructions

1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
