1 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)

1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
