Ingredients
4 cube steaks
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Place cube steaks in the bottom of your crockpot.
2. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and onion soup mix. Pour over the steaks.
3. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4 hours until the steak is tender.
4. Remove steaks and set aside.
5. Mix cornstarch and cold water to form a slurry. Whisk into the sauce in the crockpot.
