2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups peeled and chopped apples

Instructions
