Ingredients

2 cups assorted fruit-flavored Turkish delight or fruit jellies, chopped

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved (optional)

Powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Chop the fruit jellies into small cubes and add them to a large bowl.
  2. Stir in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and nuts if using.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the whipped topping, sour cream, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gently fold the creamy mix into the jelly mixture until everything is coated.
  5. Add in the drained crushed pineapple and cherries. Fold gently again.
