Whether you need easy recipes for weeknights, dinner ideas for picky eaters, or crave-worthy food ideas for parties, these wraps are your go-to. They’re also perfect for anyone who loves simple, flavorful, comfort food that comes together fast.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup cheddar cheese sauce

1/2 cup sliced dill pickles

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease.

2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, and paprika to make the special sauce. Adjust to taste.

3. Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.

4. On each tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, a scoop of seasoned beef, cheddar cheese sauce, pickles, red onion, and a spoonful of special sauce.

5. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.

6. Optional: Toast each wrap seam-side down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes for extra texture.

7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Lightly crisping the wrap in a skillet gives it a delicious texture and holds it together better.

You can prep the beef and sauce ahead of time and store them in the fridge for quick assembly.
