Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, sliced
4 cups Napa cabbage, chopped
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for cooking
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into thin strips and toss with soy sauce and cornstarch.
2. Chop cabbage, slice bell pepper, and mince garlic and ginger.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
4. Add chicken and sear until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
5. Add garlic, ginger, cabbage, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–4 minutes.
6. Return chicken to the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a splash of water.
7. Stir well and drizzle with sesame oil.
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
9. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
