1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent, about 4 minutes.
3. In a separate pot, boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. Lower heat and stir Alfredo sauce into the beef mixture. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add pasta to the skillet. Stir to coat evenly.
6. Mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for better melting and flavor.
Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep it creamy.
