Ingredients

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon butter or olive oil

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)

1 tablespoon shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a ramekin with butter or olive oil.

2. Crack 1–2 eggs into the ramekin, being careful not to break the yolk.
