Ingredients

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

3. In another bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.

4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
