Looking for an easy dessert salad that turns heads and gets devoured in minutes? This Easy Snicker Apple Salad is a sweet, creamy, no-bake treat that’s perfect for family gatherings, potlucks, or whenever you need a quick dessert idea. It’s made with tart green apples, fluffy whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and chunks of Snickers bars—blended into a rich vanilla pudding base and topped with a drizzle of chocolate. Whether you’re after quick dessert recipes, sweet side dishes, or no-bake food ideas, this one hits every note. A fun mix of textures and flavors in one easy recipe!

Ingredients

3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup cold milk

8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

4 Granny Smith apples, chopped

4 regular-sized Snickers bars, chopped

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Optional: chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens slightly.

2. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully blended into a smooth mixture.

3. Add the chopped apples, Snickers bars, and mini marshmallows into the bowl and gently stir to combine.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.

5. Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanuts for a perfect finish.

6. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

For a less sweet version, reduce the number of Snickers bars to 3 and use unsweetened whipped topping.

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
