300g okra

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

½ teaspoon red chili powder

½ teaspoon garam masala

½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)


Instructions

1. Wash and completely dry the okra. Trim the ends and slice into ½-inch thick rounds.
