Salt, to taste

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced

2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

Crema:

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp honey (optional)

Pinch of salt

Assembly:

6 small flour or corn tortillas

1 cup red cabbage, shredded

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges


Instructions

  1. Marinate Shrimp: Toss shrimp with jerk seasoning, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Let sit for 20 minutes.
