Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (smooth or blended)

3 large eggs, separated

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

1 tbsp cornstarch (or almond flour)

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Butter or oil for greasing tray


Instructions
