2 large eggs (separated)
2 tablespoons whole milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon neutral oil (vegetable or canola)

Instructions
