Ingredients

For the Chicken Balls:

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

2 tablespoons garlic butter, softened

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Olive oil for frying

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic butter, egg, seasonings, and parsley.
  2. Form into small balls. Cook in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Toss pasta in the sauce. Add pasta water to adjust consistency if needed.
  6. Plate the pasta and top with chicken balls. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese.
