Ingredients

For the Chicken Balls:

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg

1/4 cup chopped parsley or chives

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

4 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1/4 cup chicken broth or heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape into balls (about 1.5 tbsp each).
  3. Heat oil in skillet and sear chicken balls until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in broth or cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken balls to skillet. Simmer covered 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
