1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped parsley or chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup chicken broth or heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into balls (about 1.5 tbsp each).
- Heat oil in skillet and sear chicken balls until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
