Ingredients

1.5 lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

45 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes or sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season all sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sear steak in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until browned. Remove and set aside.
