Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 oz cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded

1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces) or homemade dough

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten biscuit dough into 4-inch circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in each dough circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down in baking dish.
  7. Mix melted butter and garlic. Brush over dough balls.
  8. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
