Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces) or homemade dough
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten biscuit dough into 4-inch circles.
- Place a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese in each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down in baking dish.
- Mix melted butter and garlic. Brush over dough balls.
- Sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
