Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 cubes cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture cool slightly.

4. Flatten each biscuit dough round with your hands.

5. Spoon beef mixture into the center and top with a cube of cheddar.

6. Seal dough around the filling and roll into a ball.

7. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

8. In a small bowl, melt butter and stir in minced garlic. Brush over each dough ball.

9. Sprinkle with parmesan, parsley, and sesame seeds if using.

10. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a spoonful of BBQ sauce inside each bomb before sealing.

These reheat beautifully in an oven or air fryer—avoid microwaving to keep the texture.
